The coffee is decent, but the company's policy on lost parcels is quite disappointing. I ordered coffee and a brewer to collect from a pickup point. Due to personal circumstances, I couldn't collect it within 10 days. After a frustrating back-and-forth with customer support, it turns out the delivery service lost the parcel when returning it, and they refused to replace the costly brewer. While they did replace the coffee, I have no means to brew it. Customer support was polite, but I felt let down as they suggested I contact the delivery service, even though I have no contract with them.
