Unfortunately, my parcel did not arrive before Christmas. It was a ceramic coffee filter jug intended as a gift. I regret not reading an earlier review from December 2 before placing my order. I encountered a similar issue with the delivery service, as there was no tracking information available, and my consignment was missing. Then, the company ran out of stock. This was quite disappointing. On a brighter note, I did receive a refund from the company.
