Re: Commercial conversion Academy, Brentwood. Jan 2025I have known about Mark Stokes and his commercial conversions training for some time and very glad I finally committed to attend this course. As a seasoned property landlord/ developer, there was plenty of current, relevant high quality information shared that I could take away and implement. Well worth the investment, both in terms of cost and time. Yes, you have to understand you are in their funnel and there is always another course to be sold so be comfortable with that part of the process and then focus upon what is best for you. Would definitely recommend.
I attended the SA bootcamp in December 2024, only to find any real SA training came second to AFL telling stories of how you should be paying 10k to 30k to join the Academy, 1st day phil bleated on and on about his life and how joining the Academy changed his life, then for 1 hr out of 9 we finally got some decent training by Ross & Rachael, 2nd day was no better except we got about 3 hrs training out of the 10hrs, last day we still had to sit through phil story telling about the Academy for the 1st 2/12 hrs, then we finally got the proper training, the other insult was that attendees around me only paid £500 to be on the bootcamp, where i got conned into paying £1000, of course the moment i post my thoughts in their AFL hub, instead of coming back to me they kicked me out of the Hub, maybe because they don't like others knowing what they really trying to do at these bootcamps?
Inspirational boot camp, would definitely recommend. The team is passionate about what they do and have a heart to see others successed. Only negative is that it overrun on some days but it's only because they want to make sure all basis are covered.
