Absolutely terrible service – the worst waste collection experience I have ever had.My account was suddenly suspended due to a missed payment, even though I had already attempted to set up a Direct Debit. The bank apparently refused it, but the company never informed me. When I asked why I was not notified, I was told that informing customers about failed Direct Debits is “not their practice”.Because of this, my collections were stopped without any warning. I only discovered the issue after noticing a missed collection and calling them myself.I immediately paid the outstanding amount over the phone and was told my account would be released immediately and the bins would be collected the next day. That collection never happened.After calling again, they admitted a mistake and promised collection the following day. Again, nothing happened.At this point my business had already gone over a week without waste collection. The next scheduled collection was also missed because the bins were apparently “too heavy” — which is hardly surprising when they had already failed to collect the bins for more than two weeks.They then offered a full clearance free of charge as an apology and scheduled another collection. That also did not happen, this time blaming a parked car.When they finally came, they collected only one bin and then told me that the offer for full clearance had “expired” because it was meant for the previous week — despite the fact that the missed collections were entirely due to their own failures.And the most unbelievable part: after all of this, they are now demanding that I pay a flat fee for the missed collections that they themselves failed to carry out, otherwise they threaten to suspend the account again.My business was left without proper waste collection for more than two weeks because of repeated mistakes, broken promises and complete lack of communication.For a company providing a critical service for businesses, this level of incompetence and unreliability is shocking. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you need a dependable waste collection service.
