Review Time
It was brought to my attention when speaking with Mollie from AFL, that I had booked a bootcamp training session that I had already booked on a different date that covered the same training and had therefore paid for the same training bootcamp in full that would take place on different dates. I was so kindly repaid the full amount that I paid for the same bootcamp I had already paid for beforehand, and was also sent a list of correct dates i was booked on for training. I felt so overwhelmed by how quickly Assets For Life dealt with refunding me the full amount that they retrieved from my bank account, and repaid it back into the bank account that it was retrieved from within days of me being notified of the error that I had made. Thank you very much Assets For Life for your honesty I really appreciate how you went about dealing with my error! Kind regards xxx 😊
I have amended my review mainly out of respect for Jamie York who has been in contact with me. Jamie seems like a decent bloke who genuinely wants to help people out. My main gripe is with Assets for Life and the Skool platform for the community. I thought the community was a place where people could bounce ideas off each other, make connections and help each other out. Sadly I was wrong and subsequently have been banned from the group for “Self promotion”. They are very good at sales and know the right things to say. They are also good at replying to Trustpilot reviews. All I would say, don’t rush in to making a decision without thinking it through first.
Its a such a shame my experience with this company turned out so badly, I spent a significant portion of my life savings with them and yet they never made me feel like an important customer I cannot even get them to return my emails, its very difficult to get hold of anyone particularly when they owe you money! I paid a deposit and it was refundable if for one reason or another I had a change of heart so like a cooling off period which I think is a good thing it instils confidence and I think they do this to encourage people to commit, in my case I decided it was not for me due to the huge financial commitment was unfortunately unaffordable to me so I tried to get my deposit back but now they are ignoring my emails, they don't do what they say they will do so on that basis I cannot recommend this company and I warn others to be very careful!
