(oof that backfired)Staffed by literal morons.I had a detailed complaint about a bib, marketed as MALE when it has a unisex chamois, which is unwearable by any normal man. The response , after I submitted a please respond was "You need to wear shorts over the top"I had not said I wasn't wearing shorts, Indeed I was, and how wearing shorts fixes them selling a unisex chamois as a male specialist chamois, which is literally false advertising and consumer fraud I cannot tell you.
