I spent over 5 hours at a store trying to resolve the problem. The staff were fantastic and tried every possible lead to use the card, but they couldn't find a solution either. It turned into a nightmare. Ultimately, I had to buy a new refrigerator myself after being without one for over a month due to delays in repairs and parts shipping. When the repair team finally arrived, they deemed it irreparable. I am uncertain if we will ever access the funds on the card. My husband is considering consulting a lawyer. This has been a truly awful experience.
