Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced hands down. Not even a remote second is close to how poorly this company operates.

I had a damaged device claim. They sent an absolutely disgusting and damaged refurb to me before spending - and this is no exaggeration - 2 MONTHS putting me through hoops in an attempt to retain my deductible.

On top of that, it wasn't until they emailed me on 2/5 that they HAD received my device that I later got a follow up email stating if I DON'T return their phone they will be forced to charge ME the full replacement cost of the phone.

Confusing...so I contact them.

3 more interactions followed with the "support" team all of which is documented where they state the first time - they received my device and will be processing payment in 1-3 business days.

Follow up a week later? Sorry there was an issue with processing the payment to YOU. We will retry and notify you within 3 days.

Follow up a week later? Sorry allow us time to check on your claim. Oh sorry, issue with processing the payment. We will resend and you should have it in 3-5 business days.

Follow up a week later? We never got your device which one is it?

I had a support agent actually spend 1 hour on the phone looking into my file all to turn around and ask ME for tracking information which I provided (they were the ones who created the tracking label) and for him to claim it was not delievered.

Oh, but it was scanned in.

Still fighting this. I will try my best to spread awareness about this company any their wrongdoings. If T-Mobile offers you any phone isurance and its through Assurant STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!
