I Placed an order on the 30th of December which didn't go through. Tried again on the 5 of January and was confirmed via email and a telephone call with a pharmacist after a successful payment. Pharmacist specifically said that order was completed and would be posted and received at my end next day. Today I've had 3 separate calls asking for more details and 1 asking for another payment whilst also receiving tracking information and a promise via email that my order was already posted. Another call at 13:35 saying that the order had not been sent as more info was needed. Complete incompetence at every stage of my order
