Very disappointing experience with Assured Pharmacy.
I was given inconsistent and misleading information about when my order was dispatched and collected by the courier. I paid extra for next day delivery, but the service was not provided as described.
Communication from customer service, particularly from Tia, lacked flexibility and professionalism, and responses focused on policy rather than resolving the issue.
Based on this experience, I will not be using Assured Pharmacy again.
I was recommended to Assured Pharmacy by a friend and I have to say the service has been thorough and excellent. It is only my first week, but the communication has been great and the product was sent out as described and was received the next day

DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM.Placed an order, advised me I would need to sign for my delivery through DPD. DPD then attempted delivery, I wasn't in to receive it. Received a text from DPD to say they would re attempt delivery the following day. Never heard from them again. Contacted Assured to query what was happening, they said DPD delivered. The signature was not mine and the picture was of a hand with a row of parked car behind it.They now will not issue a refund.
I Placed an order on the 30th of December which didn't go through. Tried again on the 5 of January and was confirmed via email and a telephone call with a pharmacist after a successful payment. Pharmacist specifically said that order was completed and would be posted and received at my end next day. Today I've had 3 separate calls asking for more details and 1 asking for another payment whilst also receiving tracking information and a promise via email that my order was already posted. Another call at 13:35 saying that the order had not been sent as more info was needed. Complete incompetence at every stage of my order
Applied for an online application for perscripsion , paid the money up front and had acceptance online,Then had to send over driving licence then had to resubmit licence a second time.Then application was approved online againDay later was asked to call a girl called Alison on a given number, to which i did only to be told she does not work here anymore and has not for three monthsThen told i need to book a online call for the following day which i did.Then i was waiting for the call but got a whatsapp message saying tried to call but i did not awnser.So i message straight back and asked them to call me now, which they did,.Only to be told by quite a rude lady i could not be given what i needed and refund would be given in 4-5 working daysJust a complete waste of timeOnly gave 1 star because could not give nil starWhy not have the call before the money is taken
My order delivered to wrong address by incompetant Royal Mail and guess what? Thats my fault. I produced evidence that i hadn't recieved my order but NO i'm a liar and Royal Mail is their trusted company.Laughable. My bank getting me a refund after i showed them the evidence if parcel delivered to wrong address. Avoid this Company.
These guys are fraudsters. They take your money for weight loss pens and then either never deliver or deliver so late that the pens are well out of the period they need refrigeration. They refuse reship or refund. The only way to deal with them is through your bank to get a refund, as they DGAF about their "patients" and are just out to steal money and make you sick.
