Their customer service is practically non-existent — they ignore calls and completely disregard customer correspondence.Most concerning of all, they do not seem to prioritize data protection or privacy. I found their handling of personal and medical information to be unprofessional.Furthermore, they took my money promptly but failed to deliver the products, and they refuse to issue a refund due to their own lack of transparency and accountability. This company appears to be more interested in taking payments without fulfilling their obligations.Overall, I would strongly advise everyone NO TO DEAL with Assured Pharmacy. They seem to be a company that will happily take your money and provide little or no service in return.
