The player I bought is decent, though the battery life is subpar, which I initially accepted for quality playback. However, navigating to different albums is cumbersome. The major issue is compatibility; my new headphones with advanced Bluetooth do not work with this player, which frequently disconnects. I reached out to support, and while they were apologetic, they said there would be no updates due to the product being discontinued. I expected some level of support for a device I purchased for a significant amount, especially since newer Bluetooth versions should be backward compatible. I would not recommend this brand as their products are expensive, yet support is lacking.
