While trying to fast forward a track on my headphones, the volume suddenly surged to maximum, damaging my hearing. I've figured out how it happened: turning the volume wheel briefly shows a hidden plus sign that, when pressed, rapidly increases the volume. This hidden control is too close to the fast forward function, making it easy to accidentally raise the volume. It's baffling that this was designed this way. The user manual doesn't mention this hidden feature at all. The device includes a volume limiter, but it's set so low that listening to music requires exceeding it, resulting in a poorly designed product. This brand has caused serious harm to my ears.
