Terrible service encountered in the UAE.

I had the worst experience with service in the UAE. Payment was made upfront, yet I was left waiting indefinitely for the delivery. After an extensive delay without any satisfactory resolution, I had to cancel my order. I would advise against placing online orders with this company due to their subpar service.

Very disappointing delivery experience

I ordered an online blood sugar monitoring device expected to arrive within 60-90 minutes. However, over 24 hours have passed with no delivery. No one reached out to inform me about the delay, and despite calling the support team three times, my order is still missing. I'm extremely disappointed.

This is the worst service I've ever faced in the region. I paid in advance, yet was left waiting indefinitely for my delivery. After a long wait with no proper solution, I had to cancel my order. I cannot recommend ordering online from this seller. Their service is extremely poor.

Disappointing online order experience...

Consistently late deliveries

The doctor advised me to take my medicine in the morning, yet I consistently receive it late in the evening. I've called multiple times, but they never respond. I urge them to take action so that everyone can receive their medications on time.

Terrible service overall

The service was awful. My order arrived four days after I made the purchase. I filed two complaints with the relevant department about their service. Furthermore, they provided misleading information regarding the delivery. I do not recommend this service at all; it's truly disappointing.

One of the worst pharmacies in the region

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have encountered. I placed an order for medicine at 1 PM with express delivery, but even after 5 PM, it hadn't arrived. Additionally, I couldn't reach the delivery person as the contact number was not operational.

Delivery at an unreasonable hour?

I placed an order on November 12. When I first called, the representative informed me it would arrive on November 13 or 14. However, I still haven't received anything. Upon calling again, they claimed they attempted to deliver at 1 AM. Who delivers at that hour? This is completely unacceptable. Their service doesn't even deserve one star.
