I had a very disappointing experience with the doctor. He arrived approximately 15 minutes late to my appointment, and then cut the visit short, claiming he had another patient to attend to. This felt inappropriate considering he was already behind schedule. It was evident that he had not reviewed the detailed notes I submitted prior to the appointment. I had to repeatedly restate my concerns, which he dismissed without proper consideration. During the visit, the doctor was condescending, dismissive, impatient, and rude. He interrupted me several times, ignored my explanations, and insisted on his initial stance despite being presented with relevant information. He also made incorrect statements, and when I attempted to clarify, he refused to acknowledge or reconsider. Ultimately, I felt belittled, not taken seriously, and disrespected as a patient. This interaction lacked professionalism and collaboration, which greatly diminished my trust in his care.
