I received my order partially fulfilled. The product description indicated that it should include the main item and an essential pack, but the essential pack was missing. Additionally, the necessary screw for mounting the item was not provided, rendering it unusable. What adds to my frustration is the total absence of customer support. I have sent multiple emails, made several phone calls, and even attempted to reach out through social media, tagging the company — but I have received no response. Had I seen reviews like this before, I honestly would have refrained from making this purchase. Currently, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the delivery and the company's approach to resolving the issue. I sincerely hope the company enhances its customer service and takes responsibility for incomplete orders. If I do not receive any resolution, I will be compelled to file a complaint.
