The rate about this estate agency is a way too high in my opinion!It might be rating themselves , no words otherwise comparing to the service they provide.Who ever’s thinking of moving to Acton Area ,Lattitude House , just AVOID.The Morisons warehouse just in front of your window with the truck running on all night.No single word was mentioned when we popped in for the viewing which has last about 5 minutes!!The entire building have an awful opinion about Simon and the office generally.There were at least 5-6 flats moved out in less than a month due to rowdy fellas from the Morrrison!Trucks, fork lifts running all night i you can’t do nothing!Lack of professionalism, communication and respect.At the time of moving out they will forge you to pay for something just to cut down the deposit to the maximum!!!My list can go on and on , i think i made my point!Just AVOID!!!!
