My experience with Aston Square has been extremely disappointing.
A repair issue in my flat that affects the usability of the bathroom has now been ongoing for more than five weeks, despite being repeatedly described as an “urgent” matter. During this time, the bathroom has remained partially unusable and debris from the works has been left inside the property for an extended period.
While I understand that repairs can sometimes take time, the main concern has been the lack of coordination, accountability, and communication throughout the process. Contractors have not attended when expected, basic steps such as removing debris or conducting a moisture assessment have been repeatedly delayed, and clear timelines for completion have not been provided.
Most concerning is that recent emails requesting updates have gone unanswered, leaving the issue unresolved despite the significant disruption to normal living conditions.
Tenants rely on managing agents to ensure that essential parts of a property remain functional and that maintenance issues are handled in a timely and professional manner. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen well below what would reasonably be expected in terms of responsiveness and tenant care.
I hope this feedback encourages Aston Square to improve its handling of urgent maintenance issues and communication with tenants, as the current approach has been extremely frustrating and disruptive.

This is clearly the best agency I have ever ever ever met. I've stayed with them for around 5-6 years, only moved due to having a project outside of London. Extremely professional, extremely responsive, extremely kind and honest. The flat was amazing, no issues besides small maintaince things which Aston square managed flawlessly. Gabriella is amazing and very organised, at all the occasions we had to deal with her she helped a lot. Josh & Ben were extremely helpful at the check in and did a great virtual viewing with us. Hard to find a match for Aston Square in the London market. Highly highly highly recommended.

I dealt with Luke in respect of information I needed urgently for the purchase of a flat in a block that he managed. I explained the urgency and Luke provided the information within half an hour. He wrote a detailed letter, amended it after discussion. I then required more details and he provided those immediately. Without Luke’s help, my stepson would not have been able to buy this flat. All the bad reviews about Aston Square not replying or attending viewings are true. They were eager to arrange one, but on the day no one showed up or picked up the phone, despite me calling countless times on all provided numbers. No one ever replied to my emails either. Looking for a flat is stressful enough, and this kind of behaviour just makes it worse. I wouldn’t bother with this agency.
Absolutely horrific experience. Do not ever rent from them as everything is falsely marketed and the agents are absolutely useless and lazy. Will completely ignore you and any reports until you threaten legal action. Everything was damaged, filthy, and broken. Adina and Gabriella will not help you and simply avoid all complaints.
