I had a flat viewing today in London at 12:50 with Sol Cohen. The viewing was confirmed for 12:50, and we even spoke to Sol the day before.I travelled across London, well over an hour trip, to the flat which was by Kings Cross. At 12:47 (for a 12:50 viewing), Sol sent a one liner message on WhatsApp saying ‘Am really sorry have to cancel not feeling well’.He was in contactable via phone after that, and I could not get hold of the estate agency either.To give 3 minutes notice when people travel far to view properties is unprofessional and disrespectful. I will avoid this agency, and certainly will avoid Sol Cohen
