I have almost every short print from this brand that I ordered in 2024 because they were my favorite active wear brand. I have now tried ordering twice this summer from them and they are shipping to the wrong address in an entire different country, customer service is unresponsive, only able to contact via email and instead of immediately giving me a refund I am just told they are 'opening an investigation'. I have not gotten my money back and have no order to show for it since it was not sent to me. I am out $174. I placed one order first, it went to puerto rico. I tried placing a second order and as soon as I got the shipping notification it is again for a shipping company in puerto rico so it is again on the way to the wrong address. I am not sure what changed but something did because in 2024 I had no issues with my address. Unfortunately due to this horrible experience if they cannot refund me immediately I do not think I will ever order from them again and I would never recommend them since customer service is too staggered in communication.
