Absolutely unacceptable! I placed an order for delivery to the UK, and two weeks later, I was informed that my items were out of stock. When I requested a refund for over £200, they refused, claiming I had filed a claim with my bank, which I hadn't. They've taken my money without delivering anything. This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Terrible experience.
Extremely poor customer service! I have ordered from this brand many times. My last order included Ignite Spotty leggings, and after wearing one pair once, it developed a hole. Upon inspecting both pairs, I found they had weak seams, making them prone to damage. I emailed their support multiple times with no response over two weeks. I even tried reaching out on social media, but they deleted my comments, showing they are ignoring my request for a return. I'm very disappointed with a brand I once trusted.
These are by far my most complimented Pilates and workout sets. I’m totally hooked! As an instructor, I prioritize comfort and security while bending over to assist clients, and these sets are not see-through. I have several sets and constantly receive compliments from clients, strangers, and friends. During my practice, I feel confident and comfortable in all the pieces. I suggest sizing up, as the clothing is quite form-fitting, which I personally prefer. After significant weight loss, I look for activewear that holds everything in place.
