I have experienced intermittent service for about two months, with outages occurring around eight times. Most of the time, the service returns after several power cycles. When I call for support, it often takes days for a technician to arrive. They've been out twice; I even canceled a service call when the issue seemed resolved, but now I need them to come out again. This situation is becoming quite tiring, and the customer service has been very disappointing. I wish I could give them less than one star.
