Paid good money for a phone case that did not fit the phone is was supposed to. Even if it did fit, the quality did not match the price. Emailed after sales support and was asked to send photos of the top, bottom, left side, right side, inside left, inside right of the case. So I did. Then this wasn't enough so I had to send photos of the top, bottom, left and right of my phone. So I did. Then I had to confirm the phone was what I said it was, so I did and also sent the original receipt for good measure... but this wasn't enough, but they offered me an 80% refund to go away, which I rejected. So I then had to take a screenshot of the 'about me' info on my phone.
And low and behold, this was enough for them to tell me my phone was the model I said, and the case I ordered was correct so was passed onto another team. THEN (2+ weeks passed at this point) I' offered a replacement product after stating several times (furious when following up) that I just want a 100% refund! As you do, I've already purchased another case that is actually fit for purpose in the mean time.
And now... well it's been days and my request has once again been sent back to the 'fulfillment team and I am yet to see any refund
