Very disappointing quality! Not at all like the images. A coat priced at £100 and a jumper at £50, yet no tags on the items. I've sent 12 emails and have to pay £34 for tracking to return it to a distant location! I'm waiting to see if they come up with an excuse regarding the tags to avoid refunding me. Beware of this scam! ⚠️
