I was charged £60 for a coat that took over three weeks to arrive! It came in the wrong color and the quality was terrible. I reached out to the support team for a refund, but they refused and sent another coat instead, telling me I could keep the original. Now I have two coats that I don’t want and I have to pay to get a refund! All their responses seem to be generic and I feel like I’m getting nowhere with my complaints. Terrible service—definitely do not order from them!
This company is not what it seems. They claim to have a 4.8 rating with 3,000 reviews, but that is misleading. What I ordered and what I received were completely different. The shape, cut, color, material, and size were all incorrect. Everything was different. I suspect the product images on the website are AI-generated, as what I got does not match the pictures. It took three weeks to arrive from overseas, even though they have a listed address near a major city... which turned out to be fortunate because if my wife had opened it on Christmas Day, it would have spoiled her day.
Extremely disappointing quality! They advertise themselves as a local company, but after a month, my wife’s £80 coat arrived with a shipping label from another country. The fit is terrible, and the quality feels very cheap, making it not worth the price at all. I intended it as a Christmas gift but didn't even bother wrapping it because I knew her reaction would be negative! They also charge for returns on this subpar item! They truly don't deserve even a single star. It's been two weeks since I ordered a jacket, and the tracking code indicates that the order cannot be found. The delivery team claims there is no record of my order, and the tracking number provided seems to be nonexistent. This feels like a complete scam.
Very disappointing quality! Not at all like the images. A coat priced at £100 and a jumper at £50, yet no tags on the items. I've sent 12 emails and have to pay £34 for tracking to return it to a distant location! I'm waiting to see if they come up with an excuse regarding the tags to avoid refunding me.
