I was charged £60 for a coat that took over three weeks to arrive! It came in the wrong color and the quality was terrible. I reached out to the support team for a refund, but they refused and sent another coat instead, telling me I could keep the original. Now I have two coats that I don’t want and I have to pay to get a refund! All their responses seem to be generic and I feel like I’m getting nowhere with my complaints. Terrible service—definitely do not order from them!
