I bought a ring at Harrods during a visit in London! The ring is super cute but I later learned that some of the emeralds had fallen out; I promptly contacted customer service and they were able to resolve my issue quite easily without question. They were quite accommodating especially since I live in the US and they don't have a direct facility. I would recommend to anyone!
