I had a lovely experience at Astrid & Miyu thanks to the amazing team. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and super easy. Naomi, and Eve were so friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. I was pierced by Chloe and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She was so knowledgeable and helped me understand the process fully. I was impressed by the sterility of the studio and her attention to detail throughout.

I emailed about my piercing closing up wondering about using the same jewellery to repierce which they could not do but even though it was not their fault that it closed up they offered me a 10 £ gift card which was so lovely of them. Great experience

The process was unnecessarily drawn out and lacked clear, timely communication. A straightforward matter required repeated follow-up.
For a brand positioned as premium, this level of customer service is not adequate. I would not order again based on this experience.

I ordered a pair of earrings on December 15th, with the website indicating a delivery timeframe of 7 business days, meaning they should arrive by December 24th, just in time for Christmas. As of December 22nd, I have yet to receive a tracking number or any shipping confirmation, leaving me in the dark about my order's status. I reached out to customer support, but the only reply I got was that they would 'assist me,' without any specific details. They couldn't confirm if my order had shipped or when it might arrive. At this point, I'm unsure of my order's whereabouts and doubt it will arrive for Christmas, contrary to the website's assurance. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially since I've already made the payment and am now without the product, my money, and any clear communication. Customer service continues to respond without actually addressing the issue or providing helpful updates. Overall, it's been a very disappointing experience.
Cerys has been incredibly helpful in resolving my issues with a broken bracelet, even from Australia! She consistently followed up to ensure I received a gift voucher for re-purchasing and arranged for my postage costs to be reimbursed for returning the broken item. I can't praise the support I received enough!
The sale felt misleading. The earrings I wanted were unavailable during the Black Friday sale, despite my attempts to contact the company and the local store. On the day the sale ended, the items were back in stock. This raises concerns about the company's practices, and I doubt their commitment to customer satisfaction based on this experience.
