My experience with this company has been exceptionally poor—I would give it zero stars if it were an option. The item I received was not as described; it was made of low-quality wool instead of cashmere and didn't fit well. Their return policy is quite burdensome, as returning items to overseas locations is expensive, and it seems they delay processing returns until the 30-day window has passed. I'm now out both the cost of the item and the shipping fees.
