I ordered a pair of shoes advertised as 'leather', but they turned out to be neither leather nor any type of vegan material. Additionally, they were several sizes too small despite being labeled correctly. I reached out to the support team, who requested a photo of the shoes and offered me 50% off a different item instead of a refund. When I politely declined, they informed me that I'd need to return the shoes to a shipping company in China at my own cost.
The items were too small for me. I found out that returning them would require me to cover international shipping costs. Instead of facilitating a return, they offered a 50% discount on one item, which felt insulting. I have no intention of ordering anything from this company again.
I would rate this experience zero stars if possible! I've been trying to return a pair of shoes that don't fit for two weeks, and I feel like I'm being given the runaround. It's raising my stress levels! I'm still waiting for the company to provide their US warehouse address for the return.

The item I received was not as described; it was made of low-quality wool instead of cashmere and didn't fit well. Their return policy is quite burdensome, as returning items to overseas locations is expensive, and it seems they delay processing returns until the 30-day window has passed. I'm now out both the cost of the item and the shipping fees.
I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. I ordered a jacket that had the word 'practice' printed down both sleeves, which was not shown in any pictures or mentioned in the description. Returns are nearly impossible and not trustworthy. I also bought a 'cashmere' sweater, but the quality of the fabric was terrible. I suspect they showcase higher-end clothing in their photos but deliver subpar products. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
This was my first order, and I'm genuinely impressed. The packaging was tidy, the sweater was well-protected, and the fit was nearly perfect. It has just the right amount of stretch and stays comfortable all day long. I will definitely shop here again.
