I paid 6300 yen without knowing it for 5 months. I don't see such information on the site, and I'm having trouble because it's hard to understand the cancellation. Please refund the full amount including 2100 yen. If you can't respond, we will appeal to the Consumer Affairs Agency.
I love the interaction and it’s great but the price of waiting for the ppl to write is timed it costed me almost $50 for 3mins of cha only to run out half way thru because they were still typing and so was I it should be timed and paused when typing answers and questions
I had not been on Astroline for many months, yet when I returned, all my information was still there. I was so grateful I didn't have to resubmit all my information. My advisor and guide was well-versed and seemed to read my mind, using tarot and her own wisdom about my astrological sign. I will return to seek her guidance when I am able.
I signed up for a free trial and canceled my subscription on January 27, 2026 after seeing the first charge. Despite canceling, my account was charged again — and for a larger amount.
When I contacted customer support, I was told I would not be refunded because of their terms, even though the charges happened after I canceled.
Most reputable companies stop billing once a subscription is canceled. Continuing to charge customers after cancellation and refusing refunds is extremely disappointing and feels misleading.
I would strongly recommend anyone considering this service to read the fine print carefully and monitor their bank account closely.
The app has a wealth of information and downloads that were unique to me. There are neat informative section about all kinds of different types of astrology and multiple types of reads from your horoscope to tarot and even advisors you can choose from for yourself as well. It has been a wonderful experience and the information is accurate and aligns with my life so well that it's a little unbelievable at times. Give it a try you'll definitely find a couple things that will resonate with you for sure!

After receiving a cancellation email for my subscription, I still had money deducted from my account days later. I have serious concerns about the integrity of this service, and I urge others to avoid signing up. Once again, I request that the company check their email from: (sofiarukina) and process my refund for the previous month after my cancellation. If not, I will be forced to consider legal action. I prefer to resolve this amicably, but it seems there is no willingness to cooperate. Please reach out to me promptly. Additionally, I would reconsider my rating on Trust pilot, as this situation misleads potential users.
