I signed up for a free trial and canceled my subscription on January 27, 2026 after seeing the first charge. Despite canceling, my account was charged again — and for a larger amount.
When I contacted customer support, I was told I would not be refunded because of their terms, even though the charges happened after I canceled.
Most reputable companies stop billing once a subscription is canceled. Continuing to charge customers after cancellation and refusing refunds is extremely disappointing and feels misleading.
