I have yet to receive my order, and the customer service told me a week ago that they’d let me know the following day whether or not it had shipped, and they’ve yet to follow up. I’ve sent two follow up emails trying to find out if my order has shipped. Highly unprofessional and frustrating. I’ve never had issues with this company before but I’m wondering if their quality has dropped over the past 6 months since their packaging has changed as well. Super disappointed. EDIT: I did receive my package on 10/14 (order was placed and paid for on 9/9). Communication w/ the company was spotty - they did not respond to many of my emails until I requested a refund. I've never had this problem in the past year I've been using this company, and I haven't heard of anyone else I know who orders from them having an issue with them. I recommend them often, and after this experience I'm not sure if I'll be able to recommend them going forward. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was a frustrating situation to say the least. Updated from 1 star to 2 stars due to them finally sending the product, and will adjust higher if I decide to go with them again in the future and have a better result.
