Placed an order

Placed an order, sent zelle same day, I emailed and asked for status and they haven't gotten back to me. It's only been a couple of days but I ordered from 2 other companies same day and they shipped quickly and got one delivered the next day and the other one is on the way, while this company has YET to confirm anything. I requested a refund through zelle, hoping they get back to me but after this I don't think I will ever try them again.

I have sent them my money and have yet to hear from them. When am I gonna receive my peptides, and last time I promised I would get a free peptides if I removed my review, well here I am having to leave another bad review so they get back with me.They responded to me after leaving a bad review. Same as last time.I just wish I didn't have to leave a bad review for them to get back with me. But their product is always on point, and it works great and I will be receiving my extra vial as promised. So I will continue to order from them. You just gotta give them a little nudge. Always a happy customer at the end.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Extremely slow response or none at all. Could not process payment therefore never was able to get the order.

Inconsistencies Are Scary

I've sent several emails, reached out to the admin for their Facebook page and haven't received any response on why I have yet to get my order. I placed and paid for the order on Oct. 15th and am still waiting. Majorly disappointed!

When I ordered it told me I had free…

When I ordered it told me I had free shipping . Then after I purchased it, it charged me for shipping. It also said because I ordered 8 of them, I’d receive FREE Bac water and I didn’t receive that either. I also order semagultide 10.5 mg and I got 12.37 mg and that has happened a few times now so nothing order from this site is consistent. I spent $981 and I’m beyond disappointed.

I have yet to receive my order, and the customer service told me a week ago that they’d let me know the following day whether or not it had shipped, and they’ve yet to follow up. I’ve sent two follow up emails trying to find out if my order has shipped. Highly unprofessional and frustrating. I’ve never had issues with this company before but I’m wondering if their quality has dropped over the past 6 months since their packaging has changed as well. Super disappointed.

A month to deliver

I’ve never had issues with this company before but I’m wondering if their quality has dropped over the past 6 months since their packaging has changed as well. Super disappointed. EDIT: I did receive my package on 10/14 (order was placed and paid for on 9/9). Communication w/ the company was spotty - they did not respond to many of my emails until I requested a refund. I've never had this problem in the past year I've been using this company, and I haven't heard of anyone else I know who orders from them having an issue with them. I recommend them often, and after this experience I'm not sure if I'll be able to recommend them going forward. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt but it was a frustrating situation to say the least. Updated from 1 star to 2 stars due to them finally sending the product, and will adjust higher if I decide to go with them again in the future and have a better result.

OVer a month but now we're good

It took a month to get everything resolved but in the end they were unable to ship to me because I am not in the USA. The company fully refunded me
