Why is the customer support this poor, no one is even responding my messages. I have been using Asura since 2024and each time I make payments something always goes wrong. after completing payment I still don’t have access to the service I need. this is complete trash, your payment flow is a mess. Since Monday I purchased a domain name and you said it will be active in 12 hours now it’s already 4days. The money was charged from my card but I’m still seeing an unpaid invoice.
