Extremely disappointing service.
I have never encountered such an incompetent, irresponsible, and disorganized customer support team. They caused me to lose a domain name I had owned since 2023.
For four days, I tried to renew it, but their system simply does not work. I contacted support multiple times for what should have been a very basic action: renewing the domain using the available credit in my account. Instead of fixing the issue, they wasted time with vague and unhelpful responses, including claims about a supposed new system/location in Switzerland that they have been “working on” since 2025 — something that appears repeatedly in other reviews as well.
During these four days, all business connected to this domain was effectively frozen: I could not work properly, send or receive client communications, and suffered significant commercial losses.
I have now filed a complaint with ICANN and am waiting for their intervention to try to recover the domain, but this process may take time. This situation has put me under severe stress and in a very difficult position.
I strongly recommend avoiding this provider and paying slightly more for a reliable and professional company. When it comes to something as critical as your domain name, reliability is not optional.

For several days, I have been trying to resolve critical resource issues and upgrade my plan. However, their support team is clearly stalling. They respond only once every 24 hours with clichéd, robotic, and generic templates that completely ignore my specific technical questions.
It feels like they are deliberately avoiding transparency regarding their server resources. I have asked for clear CPU and RAM limits multiple times, only to be met with another 24-hour delay and a useless response. This level of service is not only unprofessional but also unethical. They are effectively holding my business hostage with their incompetence and slow communication.
If you expect timely support, transparent answers, or a partner that cares about your business stability, STAY AWAY from Asura Hosting. They are great at taking your money but terrible at providing actual support. I am already in the process of migrating my accounts to a more reliable provider.

We had a very disappointing experience with the service. They wasted over two months of our time without resolving a critical email and domain issue. From the start, we indicated that our business emails were not reaching Gmail and other professional email services. Initially, their team assigned a blacklisted IP, then later promised a 'new clean IP', but the problem was never resolved. Despite numerous follow-ups, testing evidence, and explanations of the business impact, the situation remained unchanged. One representative made several promises that the issue would be fixed, but none were kept. Eventually, he ceased all communication. Due to their shortcomings, our business faced losses, communication with suppliers and brands was interrupted, and we even received negative public reviews because of missed emails. We paid for both domain and hosting but received no usable service. To date, no refund has been issued. We were ultimately forced to switch to another service just to keep our business operational. This company provides inexpensive service but lacks proper infrastructure, support, and accountability. If you run a serious business and value email reliability and professional assistance, I recommend steering clear of this service. We have full documentation and proof of everything mentioned above.
Over the last 12 months, I’ve had reason to look very closely at the kind of company Asura Hosting has become, and it is from this recent period of interaction and reflection that I am writing this review, while still drawing on a relationship that now spans five continuous years, having started on 16/10/2020, just months before COVID reshaped everything.
I originally moved to Asura Hosting after UKHOST4U failed to renew my subscription, citing that they no longer accepted African debit cards or VISA/Mastercards. I tried every possible workaround, including PayPal, which never worked, and at a time when my work was expanding and needed stability rather than friction, Asura Hosting provided a practical and reliable alternative.
Within the past year, a combination of payment card failures on my end and my delayed appreciation of how strictly automated systems and policies operate resulted in my services being offline for seven days. During that period, while actively applying for new cards and asking friends to temporarily cover payments, I lost 48 clients, nearly half of the clientele I had built over time. That experience was deeply sobering and nearly pushed me to leave.
What stood out, however, was the human response after the fact. The support team remained responsive, patient, and willing to explain and assist, even when I was frustrated and exhausted. People like John Pullat, Mike, and Fidan consistently helped reframe issues and guide recovery, often helping me see both technical and operational blind spots.
I have been coding for over 24 years, yet I intentionally approach support conversations as a learner, and over the past year especially, Asura Hosting has demonstrated clarity, patience, and a willingness to walk through issues step by step, without assumptions or ego.
Throughout these five years, I have paid monthly, and when Asura Hosting stated there were no hidden fees, that promise has held true. There have been no surprise charges or silent add-ons, and that consistency matters.
Looking back at both the last year and the full five-year relationship, I can see real improvement; they listen, they adapt, and they grow. While I have explored alternatives like Cloudflare and DigitalOcean, trust is built on behavior under pressure, not specs alone.
My direction is now clear.
In 2026, I will be moving to Asura Hosting’s VPS, based on confidence earned through recent experience and long-term consistency.

I have had a very frustrating experience with this hosting service over the past 7-9 months. The system frequently encounters issues, such as: 1. MySQL server being down or unresponsive 2. Constant bot verification loops preventing access to my website 3. No backups available for the last 7 months (despite raising a ticket 6 months ago, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me without a backup in case of problems) 4. And many other problems. If I could share screenshots, I would show how many tickets I've opened and the recurring issues I've faced, which have caused me significant business losses and affected many customers due to this service. If it were possible to give a negative review, I certainly would.

I've been experiencing weekly email issues with my reseller account. When I submit a ticket, it takes 5 to 6 hours for resolution, leaving over 45 companies unable to operate without email. There’s no communication regarding the issues, making it difficult to inform my clients. This service has deteriorated significantly this year, and I'm feeling overwhelmed. Their Network Status page continuously states, 'There are no Network Issues Currently,' while we struggle to resolve our problems. My reputation has suffered immensely, and they offer no compensation for lost clients. After two hours, they claimed it was my internet connection causing the issues, despite multiple accounts having the same problem. No client accounts have been fixed, leaving them without email for over 7 hours.
