I've been experiencing weekly email issues with my reseller account. When I submit a ticket, it takes 5 to 6 hours for resolution, leaving over 45 companies unable to operate without email. There’s no communication regarding the issues, making it difficult to inform my clients. This service has deteriorated significantly this year, and I'm feeling overwhelmed. Their Network Status page continuously states, 'There are no Network Issues Currently,' while we struggle to resolve our problems. My reputation has suffered immensely, and they offer no compensation for lost clients. After two hours, they claimed it was my internet connection causing the issues, despite multiple accounts having the same problem. No client accounts have been fixed, leaving them without email for over 7 hours.
