I am only giving them one star because that’s the least I can give. Customer service was horrible kept asking me the same thing never resolved my issue and never returned my phone. I have insurance with them and sent my phone off to be repaired and sent me the wrong shipping label! I called them back saying I need the phone sent back to me if they are not going to repair it. They didn’t send my phone back. They basically stole my phone. Kept reporting me back to AT&T and back to them and then into their warranty team. It is a crazy cycle. They can never get anything done. Horrible customer service horrible insurance do not go to them. They are not reliable!!
