I have always trusted Asurion LLC insurance, the response to any claim is always fast and professional, I highly recommend this insurance, completely different from other insurance in the USA, what it offers and promises, it fulfills to the letter, He never disappoints the client and always comes to a solution in favor of the client.
Lu, my agent, process my 2 claims by asking me few questions and had my claim finsh and approved. Provided me with next instructions for me to get my refund in a e-card. It did not take to long beginning to completion.
I've been waiting for a refund check for over six months.
I've spoken with several advisors and they always give me a different answer regarding my check, saying I should wait a certain number of days but it never arrives.

Tedious and slow claims process using a paper form and signature that results in constant denials. Archaic form required for claims that should be online and quickly approved.
Standard insurance company that rejects initial claims and when approved days later includes fees that make the repair only slightly less expensive.
Not worth the $40 monthly headache.
I was quickly connected to an expert who asked for relevant information and then guided me through the process to file and complete a claim. The experience was smooth and easy. Now I await further contact so we can move forward
Worst experience I have ever had…… people make sure you are getting robbed by this company with all fake deductibles information…… I really recommend to choose any other insurance company….. if you want to loose money then stick with this….. but these guys are the worst people and company to trust.
Filing claims is like pulling teeth. I was able to successfully file one claim a few years ago on a damaged laptop after days automatic denials. My most recent experience with claims was that a computer I sent in was denied at the repair depot for not having a visible serial number. The claims agent who helped me submit did not ask for this when I sent it in for repairs, not was I told it be an issue. When my claim was denied and my laptop was shipped back from the Depot it was marked as 'repaired' and so I was left expecting my device to be returned to me a week later. It showed up without repair and because I was not communicated with honestly about this I took no steps to prepare or purchase a replacement device in the week it took them to ship it back.
I am not looking at loss of income and job security because of this error, but was refunded my $150 copay.
Asurion's poor communication leaves customers out to dry at every step of the claims process, even if you are successful expect to be frustrated and I urge you to look at better, local repair options.
I put in a claim to have my screen replaced the lady told me they didnt have the parts so they would send me a new phone at there expense of $99. I said i didnt want a new phone but I guess I will if it was free cause I couldn't affordable to pay right now cause I am off work with a surgery. I got my new phone and sent in my old phone and was charged $99 I called and they said my phone had more damage then I said it did. My phone had nothing wrong with it but a crack screen I said I want my phone back then cause im not paying $99 my phone was working just fine nothing was wrong with it. She said she couldn't do that or refund my money I asked for someone higher and she didnt do it. Taking money out of my account without notice or my approval is wrong. There agent talked me into this. I have spent over $1500 on 2 phones insurance for 3 years with no claims and they still want money so I am canceling my insurance so they lost a 2 phone customer over $99. I will not recommend them to anyone.
I have used the protection plan several times and it is totally worth the cost! I buy refurbished cell phones for my teens and anytime they stop working I get a no hassle return and my money back. If you are not sure it is worth the purchase, let me say, it's well worth it.
They immediately acted on the problem. They son of representative out of the home and a reasonable amount of time. He looked at the set and said it couldn’t be repaired. Indicated that my policy would cover a replacement. They worked well with me and getting a replacement and I paid the difference for an upgraded model. They provided me with three choices and they were all good choices.
