Absolutely Horrible...it is as if they are purposely trying to sabotage the process. My son broke the glass on his iPhone. I went through Verizon then to Asuion filed the claim. It was denied with no reason provided. Spent an two hours on phone, one with Verizon and one with Asuion and was told need to try again in 30 days. Resubmitted the claim and again told denied but apparently it started? Received an email to make an appointment at uBreakiFix the shop they mandated. Again received a confirmation. Show up at the shop to be told not in the system? Avoid this company at all cost, you are only in for frustration. This is not the first time. wife broke glass on her phone last year and were charged $120 deductible instead of $0 advertised
