This review focuses on the excellent customer service I've received since initiating a return process regarding an issue with my motherboard. My device was nearing the end of its warranty, and considering the situation with the seller going out of business, I initially hesitated to proceed. Additionally, I was dealing with my elderly parent’s serious illness. Eventually, I reached out for support and promptly received a response. However, due to my circumstances, I was slow to continue the process. A few weeks later, a representative followed up to check if I still required help and was incredibly understanding of my delays. Once I decided to proceed, they efficiently arranged for my motherboard to be collected. The return process is still underway, but the customer service has been outstanding.
