This is really disappointing! I could accept that the free copy of Resident Evil Requiem bundled with the monitor isn’t the Deluxe Edition. But after redeeming the game code, I found that it doesn’t even include the pre-order bonuses. That’s honestly very stingy.
I purchased an ROG Zephyrus G14 last Dec 20. After 2 weeks, I started hearing loud whirring, high pitched noise (Far from the usual). It was sent for repair for 2 weeks. A day after I received it, the in-built keyboard started malfunctioning. I thought it’d be an amazing gaming laptop, but the reliability sucks. Apart from it being brand new, yet immediately showed hardware issues, the laptop gets extremely hot (which was more than what I expected). If I would’ve known, I would honestly buy a macbook instead of this.
ASUS is the worst company ever experienced; it has hampered life to the extent that it's just been a huge waste of time, money, and resources. My 1.5l have gone in vain. I had bought a gaming laptop model G64JU, thinking that my requirement would be fulfilled, but I must say its just the pathetic and worst ever company. They just blabber about the service quality and products, bu its just pathetic, and their service is poor, and after repeated calls and complaints, nothing has changed, and the case has worsened. i would urge others to never ever buy anything from this company. its just a simple WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. THIRD GRADE COMPANY. Even we took a legal step and nothing happend 3 years passed and even our warrenty also got expired in the process. they never answers or even shows up in the court and just dont bother about the customers at all. literally never saw shameful company and employees like this ever before.
I don't know why some people don't like this company (I'm not judging them, it's their opinion) for me ASUS is all about the quality and efficiency of their products, of course because of this the price of their products is a little higher but in my opinion it's worth it
I wanted to buy the ASUS Zenbook DUO UX8406 for my company. I added it to my basket but couldn't see if VAT was included, so I emailed to ask. I didn't receive a response for a few days. On Monday, I got the reply but saw the price had increased to £1745. I was both disappointed and surprised, yet I still purchased. However, this kind of pricing policy truly drives customers away. After I purchased, the price went back down. I kindly request a refund of the difference. If the difference is refunded, it will help restore our trust and resolve this disappointment. Such a gesture would be more in line with what we expect from a global brand like ASUS. The purchase was made through Amazon Asus, using the company's own email address. Trusting this company with my hard-earned money in August 2022 was a huge mistake. I purchased what was marketed as a “top-tier” laptop, and less than two years later, in June 2024, it became unusable due to a forced Windows and BIOS update. What was supposed to be a premium device has turned into a useless object on my desk. Since that moment, my life has been filled with endless phone calls, emails, and chats with unhelpful staff who seem clueless about the situation. They still seem to believe the issue is merely “the display,” while the laptop won’t even power on or charge. After finally getting them to agree to a repair analysis, I received a diagnosis of a “power management failure.” Instead of fixing it or offering a discounted repair, they simply returned it to me in the same broken condition, as if I should be thankful for their incompetence. To make matters worse, this machine held over 1.5 terabytes of important data—my projects, files, and memories—all lost because of their negligence. Throughout this ordeal, they displayed no accountability, care, or competence, proving they are not just ineffective but operate like a scam disguised as a legitimate company. I warn everyone I know: this is the worst brand out there, promising much but delivering nothing, leaving customers with wasted money, lost data, and an incredibly frustrating customer service experience.
This review focuses on the excellent customer service I've received since initiating a return process regarding an issue with my motherboard. My device was nearing the end of its warranty, and considering the situation with the seller going out of business, I initially hesitated to proceed. Additionally, I was dealing with my elderly parent’s serious illness. Eventually, I reached out for support and promptly received a response. However, due to my circumstances, I was slow to continue the process. A few weeks later, a representative followed up to check if I still required help and was incredibly understanding of my delays. Once I decided to proceed, they efficiently arranged for my motherboard to be collected. The return process is still underway, but the customer service has been outstanding.
Hello friends, if you're considering buying this laptop brand, I strongly advise against it. I faced significant issues when I visited the service center. Problems started appearing after just one year, and they claimed the motherboard was faulty. They also mentioned that replacement parts are not readily available. For a laptop priced around 43,000, they demand 31,000 to 32,000 for repairs. It's better to avoid this brand altogether, as many laptops face motherboard issues within 2-4 years after warranty.

Price sabse competitive nahi hai, lekin 14-inch model ke liye theek hai. Yeh AMD Ryzen 3 7000 series processor, AMD Radeon graphics ke saath 500MB VRAM, 512GB storage aur 8GB RAM ke saath hai. Yeh achha perform karta hai, halanki RAM thoda limited hai. Storage capacity acchi hai, lekin build quality me sudhar ki zarurat hai, kyunki yeh aasani se smudges dikhata hai.
Asus Vivobook students ke liye ek accha laptop hai. Iska performance achha hai, lekin ek samasya hai ki keyboard backlit nahi hai, jo andhere me kaam karne me mushkil karta hai. Price sabse behtareen nahi hai, lekin 14-inch laptop ke liye yeh theek hai. Isme AMD Ryzen 3 7000 series processor, AMD Radeon graphics ke saath 500MB VRAM, 512GB storage aur 8GB RAM hai. Yeh specifications shayad thodi kam lagein, lekin processor achha hai, aur RAM ki kami hai, lekin storage kaafi hai. Build quality bhi utni achhi nahi hai kyunki yeh aasani se smudges dikhata hai aur saaf karna mushkil hai.
