Trusting this company with my hard-earned money in August 2022 was a huge mistake. I purchased what was marketed as a “top-tier” laptop, and less than two years later, in June 2024, it became unusable due to a forced Windows and BIOS update. What was supposed to be a premium device has turned into a useless object on my desk. Since that moment, my life has been filled with endless phone calls, emails, and chats with unhelpful staff who seem clueless about the situation. They still seem to believe the issue is merely “the display,” while the laptop won’t even power on or charge. After finally getting them to agree to a repair analysis, I received a diagnosis of a “power management failure.” Instead of fixing it or offering a discounted repair, they simply returned it to me in the same broken condition, as if I should be thankful for their incompetence. To make matters worse, this machine held over 1.5 terabytes of important data—my projects, files, and memories—all lost because of their negligence. Throughout this ordeal, they displayed no accountability, care, or competence, proving they are not just ineffective but operate like a scam disguised as a legitimate company. I warn everyone I know: this is the worst brand out there, promising much but delivering nothing, leaving customers with wasted money, lost data, and an incredibly frustrating customer service experience.
