Scam

I bought boots and was only supposed to pay $55, paid $80, and they arrived way too small. Customer service told me to buy more. I thought I talked them into refunding me so I sent them back. They never did so I paid for nothing. Total scam.

Poorly designed, flimsy, bad quality.

Shoes are incredibly poorly designed, cheap and flimsy. Because of the weak design of the straps the shoes won’t even stay on your feet, and customer service offers no help with refund. Don’t waste your money.

CREDIT CARD INFO STOLEN!!!

This is the first time i’ve ordered from this website and I got my credit card information stolen and used in Las Vegas. I haven’t ordered from any other questionable sites besides this one so I know for sure it is Asyllum.com.I ordered the knee high boots and the shipping information has been stuck on “Order Ready” for well over 7 business days. After ordering from their website I also learned from a friend that I could get the same exact boots much cheaper off a different website because they are drop shippers. So please do your research and be warned.

Don’t waste your time 🤦🏽‍♀️

Don’t waste your time 🤦🏽‍♀️Ordered boots and emailed on Sunday to ask if I could pay extra to get express shipping for an event on the following Saturday, thought it may be possible as they have a UK warehouse and It’s been possible to do this with companies before. was told right away yes, given a link to pay a further £15 for express shipping and they would process my order right away. Paid the £15. Waited for confirmation and was told my order has been dispatched and would arrive in 7 working days.So I’ve been scammed out of another £15 for ‘express shipping’. What sort of express shipping to and from the uk arrives in 7 working days I don’t know.Considering that is their usual delivery time frame that is advertised on the website. And not only that, the tracking number they’ve given isn’t even updating. Scam all around and I’m absolutely furious I’ve fallen for it

This is a scam

This is a scam. Do not purchase from them. Product does not match as advertised and you cannot return easily. They will try to compromise and go against their return policy waisting your 10 day window. They are dropshippers.Dont trust any 5 star review.

Great experience with Asyllum

Great experience with Asyllum. I was a bit sceptical because of the reviews online, but i loved the shoes that much i was willing to take the risk and i'm so glad i did! Not only were the shoes super comfortable and event better than i expected in terms of quality and design, but the customer service was great. The shoes were taking longer than expected to be delivered but the team responded to my emails super quickly, even on weekends, to reassure me the delivery was coming. They even offered me 30% off as the delivery was taking longer. Would purchase again!

Drop shippers need to be held accountable

i had seen this company on Instagram and fell in love w their shoes and content. after i placed an order i did a bit of research to see where my shoes would be shipping from since i was so excited but i came across a reddit post that made me pause. this post explained how this company buys products off AliExpress and resells them, so I had to start my own research. AliExpress sells their most popular fold over boots with the ‘Asyllum’ brand marked on them if u just check the reviews after performing a reverse image search in the app. most of their shoes and accessories can be traced back to AliExpress at significantly lower prices and very favorable reviews. i reached out to their support team to cancel my order after learning this and they had the gall to basically say AliExpress is copying them (as if) and that i have to wait to just return my items instead. and you see, i’d maybe believe them if it was this one product, but ALL of their products show up in a reverse image search on AliExpress. i can’t wait to receive my shoes from Asyllum and AliExpress and actually compare them because most people seem to not really like these shoes and accessories much anyway and i’m sure the products will be identical. i’d love to attach photos but i’m sure they have that disabled so people can’t attach their proof here. look at the address on their official Shop App, they use the address of a coffee shop in new york, not even a warehouse or industrial facility, this company is truly laughable.be sure to reverse image search everything u intend to buy online to ensure ur not putting money in a drop shippers pockets.
