Absolutely the worst experience!

If I could give zero stars, I would! This company is the worst! Their low prices come at the cost of not updating firmware and software. They even suggested my wife weaken the WiFi password to connect the device. They make grand promises but fail to deliver, which is both unethical and dangerous for us as users!

The robot's performance is underwhelming and support is lacking.

When the robot operates, it cleans adequately but nothing remarkable. What is concerning is that every time I've reached out, I've dealt with the same representative. His accent is difficult to understand, and he speaks unclearly. He comes off as rude and seems disinterested. He mentioned they would send troubleshooting advice via email but rushed off the phone. Ultimately, the robot stopped connecting to WiFi after about a week, indicating a hardware problem since I even tried a different network. They refuse to replace it, which is quite telling! Initially, it also failed to empty the dirty water, and now the entire unit has an unpleasant odor! Best of luck to anyone who ends up with this issue!

Fraudulent practices

I ordered my product on November 14, received it on November 19, and it stopped working within a week. Customer service was a nightmare; I spent over an hour waiting to be told a replacement would be sent due to a known issue. After returning the faulty item and following up on November 28, I learned the replacement hadn’t even been dispatched. I was given the runaround regarding my refund, with no clear process and no complaints department. I plan to escalate this further if I don’t hear back soon. Avoid this company!

Disappointing service and product

The robot cleans adequately when it functions, but that’s not always the case. What's concerning is that every time I reached out, it was the same individual handling my inquiries. His accent made it hard to understand, and he came off as rude and dismissive. After a week of use, the robot stopped connecting to WiFi, which seems like a hardware issue. They refuse to replace it. The initial days were also problematic with the dirty water not being emptied, and now the entire unit smells awful!

Terrible support experience

The tech support call center is dreadful. I've owned this robot since 2021 and have called over 20 times for assistance. The representatives seem to be overseas and struggle with English. They read from scripts, offer no solutions, and provide inconsistent information about errors. The product is overpriced and underperforming, and it seems the company is aware of the numerous negative reviews.

Dismal product performance

We bought a robot three months ago, and aside from the first two weeks, it has been non-functional. It loses parts, struggles to connect to the app, and the support from the company has been terrible.

No robot, no refund

I ordered a robot for £599 but received no updates for days. When I inquired, I discovered my order was canceled due to being out of stock, despite it still being available online. There was no notification of the cancellation. After following up for a refund, I was told the case needed escalation, with no timeline provided. This is unacceptable. I advise against buying from this brand.

Terrible service and no communication

My order has not been dispatched for nearly a month, and I’ve received no updates. Getting through to customer service is nearly impossible, and the chat feature shows no agents available. This service is shocking; there are far better options out there. I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time.

If I could rate lower, I would

I would give no stars if I could. I purchased a robot vacuum in September, and now it shows a hardware error. Customer service informed me it's out of warranty, so they can't help. There is no clear process for complaints or escalation. This service is unacceptable, and I will never purchase from this brand again.

Completely unreliable

What does this company do well? Honestly, nothing. From day one, we faced constant issues requiring daily reboots, leaking charging bases, and embarrassingly poor customer service. They ask for photos repeatedly without providing clear guidance on what they need. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, the representative seemed uninterested in helping. This has been a massive waste of money.
