Terrible company. They only needed to say a specific part was not available, then the insurance company would have reimbursed the cooking station.
They just sent some random offer for a mechanic and the part, after which they tell me for months the part is not available, which prohibits the insurance company from reimbursing.. we were expecting a child, which now prematurely arrived and I cannot sterilize his bottles properly, also I just want to cook some dinner for my wife, and we have an unbelievable amount of stress. They do not care at all. This started in December, and we are now in March.
Stay away from this trash company. I will never buy anything ATAG ever again.
