We've been with ATB for a number of years now, and I can honestly say that customer service is getting worse and worse. There's absolutely no reason why we cannot speak to someone at our own branch but have to go to the head office where no one seems to want to answer the phone. Disgusting that you have to be on hold for over an hour just to ask a simple question. If my local bank was closer I would be able to drive there but it's not. Mind you, I could probably drive there and back quicker than I can get someone to answer the phone. Very, very disappointed.
