Every time when I call them they never listen and start arguing, never help with unknown transaction even I show them proof, They charge me for stop payments but never stop any payment It happens three times
They closed my account without any prior notice. The service did not reach out via phone, email, or mail to inform me about the closure of my business account. They simply proceeded with it! I would not recommend this service to anyone. I thoroughly checked my call log and emails and found no evidence of any attempts to contact me! They even closed my TSFA account! I advise staying away from this frustrating bank. The customer support is also lacking.

I'm encountering an error when trying to log in. I've been dealing with this issue since December 11, and nobody from the support team is willing to help. It seems the problem lies with the Wi-Fi, but they insist it's my computer's issue since I can log in through a different network. My computer has already been checked. Their service is abysmal, including their app which instructs me to call them. I can't be the only one facing this problem. It's time to find a new bank. It's disappointing for the region.
This is the worst travel option! Daily, the bus passes by without stopping, regardless of the winter season or my reflective clothing. I suspect that some drivers are passive-aggressively discriminatory, often leaving people at bus stops simply because they look different. Do not purchase tickets for this service.
The customer service is abusive and disrespectful. Long wait times, incompetent representatives, and no solutions offered. If companies truly cared about their customers, they wouldn't make you wait for hours only to provide no assistance. This service is pathetic.
We were in the process of securing a new mortgage and were told that an insurance binder was a legal requirement. However, they proceeded with the mortgage without proof of this insurance binder! After losing our home, we discovered this. Legal action is underway, but I want to warn others to prevent them from facing similar stress. The lack of professionalism and accountability is alarming.
I wish I could rate the branch lower. How is it possible for scammers to spend $3,000 at a store and on the same day withdraw $2,000 from an ATM, especially when there’s a $500 limit? Then, I was yelled at by a manager to take it up with the authorities.
