I ordered three to receive three for free, intending them as Christmas gifts for my grandsons. They charged my account, sent me a confirmation and a tracking number, but the tracking didn't work. Their tracking system showed that it was dispatched, yet I couldn't access it. It claimed the package arrived at a sorting office in my town, which doesn’t exist. I tried reaching out via email but received no response. I even attempted to leave a message on their social media, but that option was removed, and they seem to have vanished. I've lost my hard-earned money. It's shocking how they brand themselves as a legitimate company when my order was shipped from overseas. I hope the platform takes action against such businesses.
