Disappointing Experience with the Sale

I participated in a black Friday sale for a tracksuit set, where the offer was buy one, get one free. I ordered three to receive three free, intending them as Christmas gifts for my grandsons. They processed my payment, sent confirmation and a tracking number, but the tracking didn’t work. Their tracking indicated it had been dispatched, but when I tried to follow up, I couldn’t access the site. The information suggested it had arrived at a sorting office in my town, which doesn’t exist. I emailed for assistance but received no reply. I attempted to leave a message on their social media, but it was removed, and my subsequent messages went unanswered. It seems they have vanished. It feels like my hard-earned money has been wasted. It’s surprising how they market themselves as a reputable company while shipping from abroad. I wonder if the platform verifies these sellers. I had come across mixed reviews before purchasing, but this experience has been very disappointing.

Frustrating Customer Service

I only gave one star to write this review; otherwise, I would have given zero. I purchased a men's set and emailed numerous times about a cap that was supposed to be included as per their advertisement. I received no response, and their tracking system doesn't work, showing unrecognized status. Their website is also unresponsive to my inquiries. I'm very disappointed and hope to receive my order as originally advertised, especially since it was meant as a Christmas gift.

Zero Stars for This Scam

I would give zero stars if possible. I bought a set during a Black Friday promotion for £49.97. They provided a tracking number that doesn’t work, and now I have no updates.
